In the following cases, free maintenance services are not provided. Maintenance services in these cases will be provided according to a separate contract after consultations between the client and NET Co. Ltd.
¡Ø Errors caused by the users and errors caused by users¡¯ inappropriate actions such as extreme manipulations.
¡Ø Adding or revising functions.
¡Ø Errors caused by alteration, addition, adjustment or repair by other persons than maintenance managers.
¡Ø Technical assistance for relocation of the system.
